Bought £500 mattress, had it now just under 6months. Month ago it started to feel lumpy and uncomfortable, have to lay in the dip or something digs in your side.. Had lady come out from shop where I bought it. Because you can't see the dip just by looking at it the company wheatcroft are saying they will take mattress back and test it .....and if they find it's not faulty, they won't replace it ...they will give me another mattress but will have to py full price for it ... what choice do you have ...havnt got another mattres... read more
Bought Weston mattress just under 2 years ago via Durham beds and have already had to replace. Mattress has completely given way in centre and had to rotate every other week or wake up in agony. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable brand like Sealy.
Having purchased a 4 figure wheatcroft bed from a local retailer I am now finding that the base ( 4 drawer divan) is squeeking and creaking after less than 6 months of use. Poor build quality No literature/documentation has been provided therefore I have not been made aware of any possible gaurantee. Not a happy bunny. Mattress seems great so far and headboard looks nice
