Visited Graham for advice and treatment following a sports related shoulder injury. After a thorough discussion and assessment on what had caused the problem, Graham explained areas he would be working on. Came away feeling re-energised and muscles more relaxed after a robust back/neck/shoulder massage. Graham also offered some excellent advice on exercises I should do to further improve the injury. Would highly recommend. A very professional service.
I had struggled for months, with lower back and neck pain resulting in headaches, and couldn’t find any remedy (even pain killers didn’t help!). I’ve been going to Graham for years now for deep tissue massage. Staying fit and active brings tightness and tension for me. An hour with Graham and I always feel brand new and reset to go again. Highly recommend!!!
