We bought a caravan from Richard at Whaley and sons last year. At the time it was the absolute cheapest of its age and model in the UK. The beauty of purchasing from Richard is that he services and maintains the caravans himself on site meaning that you are guaranteed a quality purchase. Could not recommend Richard enough. He was really knowledgeable and gave all the starter bits that a new caravan owners needs to get started. He provided lots of after sales care and I had no problem taking the caravan back for some support a couple of months later. I have moved to Suffolk since and would happily drive to collect another caravan in the future. Thank you Richard!
Returning to touring after 30 years in a static caravan, Richard gave invaluable advice on all aspects of caravaning and the choice of caravan and equipment. Very pleasant and friendly. As well as sales, has a spacious well equipped workshop.
Would highly recommend. Friendly, helpful, honest, no pressure, good advice. Richard goes the extra mile and helped my dad find the most suitable caravan.
