Found a connection fault on my dometic fridge,very happy with the service received
David did a habitation check on our Bailey Motorhome in June. He said it didn't pass and therefore couldn't give us a certificate! He wasnt able to give us a receipt either and said he would contact me when he returned from his holiday. We had our doubts about what he said and contacted our manufacturers and were told that he had no reason to withhold the certificate that what he found was only a recommendation. My dog and I were at Freshwater Beach Bay, Burton Bradstock, mid July '25. Everytime we hooked up to EHU, we tripped the EHU box on site. The maintenance man there, came and checked the EHU point, he said that was ok, and suggested that the issue must be an electrical one with my Moho. 😳🙄 So, I called David. He came to us the next day, checked every bit of my electrics, all working perfectly well! He was great, explaining what he was checking, I like to know what's going on! Unfortunately, after leaving the review below I have to add that despite several emails and texts asking politely, David has still not supplied our service report or an invoice for the work done. Such a shame as we now have incomplete records for our caravan. He took our money on the spot, gave us a sticker and said he would post the paperwork but he hasn’t so we cannot recommend him now.
