Very nice response for all around.
Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost. Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. - 168999 stars. Lying on the ad saying availablr immediately, agent not coming for the viewing, scaming for 'holding deposit' money for 4 walls window and door alredy occupied with squaters, lying in the face, money gone bye bye, no response by 'move in date'. Thanks.
