The first time all four tires had different air pressures in them. The second time none of the caps were removed to check fluids. When asked how they knew there was enough oil the reply was basically that they just put a standard amount in based upon vehicle make & model. Then they were asked if they could at least update the window sticker....they needed to know how many miles were on the vehicle....husband told them...sticker is off by over 100k...ugh!
We were thrilled with our entire purchasing process on our new car. We did our homework before we went so I knew pricing and all the deals on the particular model I was looking for from Indy to Cincinnati. Will never get my car serviced here again and neither will my husband. One of the worst experiences of my life.
Don't take care of the customer that's spends ther hard earned money on a brand new cars i don't think i will ever buy another car from them
So nice to be able to get my car serviced on a Saturday not like advantage ford
