RecommendedWas great at getting me in a car due to Ian Jackson. But a day or two after brakes started squeaking and squealing..and they said they couldnt take care of it. Service said they didnt find anything wrong but idk how you could miss that sound. But the buying experience with Ian was good overall forsure.

Brian Wier helped me get into a 2017 Ford F-150 king ranch fully loaded with low miles for about 8k under retail. He went above and beyond to help me with this transaction. I just want to say that the automotive care at Wetzel Ford is horrible! My warranty was useless! When you call and call for months and no one has the decency to call you back so you can schedule a service appointment, it's bad business! Finally, a week before my warranty was up, they finally decide to call me back! Take it in there for an oil change that was due months before that, and to have them figure out why my car was using so much gas compared to when I bought it and of course nothing was wrong! My husband and I have been to a few dealerships over the years for vehicle purchases and our recent experience at Wetzel was hands down the best one of any of the dealerships we've dealt with. I want to thank wetzel ford for not accepting our offer on a truck. We went to another dealer about an hour out of town and got a truck one year newer and $4500 less then the one we tried to buy from you. They think because they own all the dealerships in town except for Toyota that they dont have to deal with people. Everyone drive a little out of town and you will save thousands of dollars.
Stopped by late on a Saturday and the salesman Ian stayed 2 hrs. past closing time to work with us and make a sale. Had a great experience.
