I came upon the wonderful service technicians at Wetzel Ford while driving from New York State to Arizona. I was driving alone, in full excitement of reaching my destination, when my engine light went on (6 hrs into my trip). After many phone calls to various service stations and Ford dealerships, I had no other choice but to spend the night in Richmond, Indiana, (a small town that I most likely would not have ever known had even existed) as no one was open for service. Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and they got it done in a timely manner!
Nick in the parts dept was fantastic! Everyone here was so nice and professional, I had a broken camshaft on a Ford f 150 and these guys went out of their way to help me. They even printed me complete instructions to help me avoid any further issues. The tech I spoke with as well was very cool and was a professional as well. Thank you guys so much.
