I came upon the wonderful service technicians at Wetzel Ford while driving from New York State to Arizona. I was driving alone, in full excitement of reaching my destination, when my engine light went on (6 hrs into my trip). Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and they got it done in a timely manner!
Nick in the parts dept was fantastic! Everyone here was so nice and professional, I had a broken camshaft on a Ford f 150 and these guys went out of their way to help me. They even printed me complete instructions to help me avoid any further issues. The tech I spoke with as well was very cool and was a professional as well. Thank you guys so much.
