Hubby bought a brand new Ford Focus over a year ago here. The car has been brought in several times since he bought it for multiple issues. Each time he gets it back from their shop, the problems still exist. I would suggest another dealership that cares about more than just volume sales.
They don't deliver what they promise. Chris was nice in the beginning but now treats us like a bother. Highly unsatisfied.
