My experience as a first time car buyer was amazing at Wetzel Ford!! Everyone involved explained everything & made sure I knew every detail of the purchase. Chevy hand picked the perfect car for me and had everything ready when I got there. Bart explained all the financial details & gave me the best advice!! I will buy from them again in the future.
We had an awful experience with Wetzel Ford!!! My husband called about a truck, filled out all the credit check paperwork on it and was told they would hold it until he got there after work to check it out. We get there and the sales guy (Joe Clark) is selling the truck to another person! A snake is all that guy is!! Couldn’t even keep his word. And then when confronted and called out about his wrong doings he blamed the whole thing on the owner!! Complete crap!! I do not recommend going to them for anything!
Horrible customer service. Rude sales “manager”. When I was transferred to him, he didn’t even pick up the phone. I was obviously on speaker. I’m so glad this isn’t a “need” and I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
Nick wetzel made thing right finally. I wish his staff would of told him what was going on and made a remedy for the situation before hand. Terrible after care they scratched our brand new truck before it left the lot. Thy tried fixing it twice with their body shop lady saying she just did a quick job. Very unsatisfactory service and customer car. They seem to think that swirl marks on a brand new truck are okay. Sorry I'll take all my business elsewhere.
Treated poorly by service manager "Spencer" and the sales mgr Larry Owens. I was told the class action suit pending is false for my 2014 Ford focus..
