Review of Westpoint Apartments I lived at Westpoint for 3 years. The first 2 years were okay, apart from one period of 2 weeks without Wi-Fi. But my last year there was an absolute disgrace. We had repeated problems with no hot water, no electricity, and no running water. Disgusting customer service, they don’t even reply the messages and email so irresponsible.
Just some transparency: The building has been well known for flooding and security of the doors are poor. Broken lifts. Gym is broken too. There is parking but very inconvenient. Right next to the tram so you should know game day traffic will be ridiculous. There use to do extra free activities but I guess budget cuts even though rent increases whenever the landlord wants even if you have discussed certain rental prices.
