Just some transparency: The building has been well known for flooding and security of the doors are poor. Broken lifts. Gym is broken too. There is parking but very inconvenient. Right next to the tram so you should know game day traffic will be ridiculous. There use to do extra free activities but I guess budget cuts even though rent increases whenever the landlord wants even if you have discussed certain rental prices. Please don’t live here, they constantly have water issues and most recently they allowed us to be cut off from water for over a week, meaning most of us had to move out of the apartments as we had no shower, no running water, no flushable toilet. Management of this building is terrible (Manchester Apartments). Just do yourself a favour and live somewhere else, i’m sure you could get somewhere better for cheaper.

This place is awful, constant power cuts leading to all your food in the fridge and freezer to go off only to be told that there will be no compensation as having food in your fridge is a ‘privilege’, no heating, no hot water or sometimes no water at all, failed fire audits, emergency maintenance take hours to come.
