Awful. I switched GP due to the treatment I had here. Dr Williams "Doesn't know about women's problems" I tried to talk to him about trauma and chronic pain and he fobbed me off and gave me SSRIs that I know dont work for me. Another Dr sat down with me in the appointment and said "So you're prediabetic!" after glancing at my chart, I had to correct her as I am type 1 and have been for years now. Nurses are lovely from my experience but I did not feel safe or looked after here.

I’ve been treated by two very different doctors at this practice. Dr. Jones is one of the best — kind, compassionate, and he truly listens. Dr. Williams, however, has no understanding patients. When I was in severe pain and explained it still hurt, the response I got was ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Others might say that phrase doesn’t sound so bad, but in my opinion, it was incredibly rude — and the way it was said, was disgusting. I find Westover helpful and more accessible than other surgeries I have experience of. Dr Williams generally has been so supportive and communicative, and I have never found the receptionists anything other than polite and accommodating. The NHS is under so much pressure, yet we’ve still managed to get apots and referrals. Many thanks.
