DO NOT BUY ND13 OVR I bought a mini countryman from this garage approx 2 months ago. All seemed well & asked them to do a few minor jobs before collection which they agreed and completed. 2nd day of owning the car, some smoke came out the exhaust. The A/C stopped working (after they re-gassed it a few days prior), automatic stop start wasn’t working and the battery warning light all came on within a week. Avoid. I bought a Mini from here just under a year ago and have since had to spend thousands on getting it fixed, including a new catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, spark plugs, socket board, broken fog lamp, suspension coil, to name a few. I was promised it had been serviced on arrival but I’m not convinced. Car looked great on the outside but mechanically is a mess. When I took it for a local MOT elsewhere they told me their mechanics “learnt a lot” from my car. That says it all.
I called Weston Motor Hub to find a specific Mini specification that my daughter was looking for and was impressed by Niall and his professional and helpful attitude. Although they didn’t have the car we were looking for at the time, Niall called me later the same day and advised me of a car they could source that was just what my daughter was looking for. Excellent dealership. Very attentive and helpful owners. Both Matthew and Tony. A great stock of minis to pick from. Superbly good communications. 12 month warranty with car delivered by post. Car serviced and delivered directly to me. Perfect garage if you love minis.
