YES I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL ALSO--THE LADY WAS KINDA RUDE AND TALKING OVER ME AND RUSHED AND EVEN AFTER TRANSFERRING ME OVER THE GUY RUSHED ME ALSO AND WHILE I WAS ANSKING A QUESTION HE SAID HE WAS SENDING AN EMAIL EXPLAING THINGS AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. RECIEVED THE EMAIL AND IT WAS ONLY A PAYMENT REQUEST, NO EXPLANATION NO NOTHING..SO I WILL NOT BE USING THEM I WILL TRY TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
