Poor experience of this service last year unfortunately. Unable to follow simple instructions for a quote I requested. Kept agreeing to amend but not doing so, not getting back to me, and continued to contain errors when they eventually did. After a few months told me the job was 'a pain in the backside and too much hassle' and refused to do it. Excellent service, competitive price, polite, tidy and efficient, precise carpet installation. Chris came to look at the house to quote for landing and stairs carpet. The quote came soon after and was very competitive. I was always kept up to date by chris. The installation by Bob and Billy (both very personable Radio 6 listeners ) was superb. The finished result is just great. Thank you.
Absolutely madness, today I was circling and 3 guys with the company van almost run me over insulting me for no reason. Avoid at all cost!
I bought my stairway carpets from this shop. I specifically asked for carpets which could be taken up as I had planned building work 6 months later. When it came for the building work I called and they refused to list the carpets as they said these carpets would thread and could not be lifted. When I raised the matter that I had specified they needed to be lifted the manager hung up on me though I did not swear and was not rude. Friendly local carper shop ? Not here.
