Worse customer service ever! The ladies in the front desk keep saying they will call back to set an appointment. My husband payed for a service, but they won’t call back, always saying that the manager will call as soon as possible. They are overpriced and not worth it. One of my friends which is a surgeon did tell me that the cost for a breast lift/augmentation was way overpriced. Thank goodness she recommended me a plastic Surgeon in bee cave, most of other Doctors wife’s go to him for his outstanding work.
Dr.craven was excellent!made me feel very comfortable and gave me options that were best for my body. Love the results and his bed side manner was very professional. Nurses were also awesome and very nice.

Went to Lamar location last September and never received a statement of any kind with a balance due. Eight months later, I receive my first statement with a "past due, going to collections in 15 days". Call billing to pay it, and they inform me it's already been sent to collections! I've never had this experience with any other medical provider, and I will not be returning to Westlake Dermatology!

Get your billing department fixed. A bill showed up for $518 for a visit that never occurred on a supposed date that my wife visited your office when we weren't even in the United States.
