Went to Lamar location last September and never received a statement of any kind with a balance due. Eight months later, I receive my first statement with a "past due, going to collections in 15 days". Call billing to pay it, and they inform me it's already been sent to collections! I've never had this experience with any other medical provider, and I will not be returning to Westlake Dermatology!
Get your billing department fixed. A bill showed up for $518 for a visit that never occurred on a supposed date that my wife visited your office when we weren't even in the United States.

Dr. Nik as Westlake Dermatology is the ultimate in cosmetic dermatology. I went in last week and trusted him with what he suggested and it took 7 years off of my face! I had never done a chemical peel before and it looks incredible. Bye bye sun-damage, brown spots and wrinkles. I didn’t even know that it was possible to reverse this much damage.
