RecommendedSpecifically, Dr. Chern is the essence of a truly great patient experience. Nobody has a passion to undergo surgery, however, Dr. Chern fully anticipates all questions that a patient may have and provides the information prior to the patient asking. I have personally had several MOHS surgeries by Dr. Chern and it was an exceptional experience!
RecommendedMy experience at Westlake Dermatology was so refreshing. Some dermatologist offices can be ominous and cold, but this office was impeccably decorated and smelt of essential oils. The entire process from start to finish was very impressive and easy. The receptionist was helpful in getting me all checked in & I was called back into the doctors office shortly after. the research facility at Westlake Dermatology, is not managed well. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Blood draws are not turned in in a timely fashion, causing samples to go bad. schedules are not kept and files are lost. Also, compensation is not paid.
I applied botox for the first time here in the United States and the doctor left me with a crooked mouth, the doctor had said that I had used botox and then I discovered that it was dysport. This product needs techniques to use it, which the doctor probably did not have! I was very disappointed because I paid dearly to be more beautiful and not to go through this embarrassment nor to smile. we returned in the clinic and the posture of the doctors who reassessed in my opinion were not professionals. Worst experience ever 👎
RecommendedEveryone was friendly and professional from the time we walked in the office. Dr. Flynn was wonderful, he showed that he cared, which has been impossible to find in years.
