RecommendedI had a recent surgery at Westlake. I am a Registered Nurse by profession. My procedure went excellently & my aftercare has been fabulous. I would highly recommend Dr. Craven & his staff for any of your cosmetic needs. I will return in the future & will recommend Westlake Dermatology to friends, family & co workers.

RecommendedI had my first experience at Westlake Dermatology due to my long term dermatologist retiring. Saw Dr. Lowe & was completely comfortable & satisfied with her exam & knowledge. Got in at my scheduled time which is so appreciative. The staff was also very friendly & efficient!
RecommendedLeslie at the Round Rock location was absolutely wonderful to deal with. It was my first visit to a dermatologist and she listened to my concerns. She answered every question I had, even the dumb ones, and made me feel at ease. In fact, everyone I interacted with there made me feel at ease. It was a great experience.
RecommendedErma was absolutely amazing!!! She made feel comfortable and gave me so much knowledge. It was a fun experience and my face felt brand new! I will definitely be back to see Erma.
Worse customer service ever! The ladies in the front desk keep saying they will call back to set an appointment. My husband payed for a service, but they won’t call back, always saying that the manager will call as soon as possible. They are overpriced and not worth it. One of my friends which is a surgeon did tell me that the cost for a breast lift/augmentation was way overpriced. Thank goodness she recommended me a plastic Surgeon in bee cave, most of other Doctors wife’s go to him for his outstanding work.
