They were an hour late for my appointment and when I was finally seen after sharing my frustration with the front desk staff the Dr. walks in and says so your here for excessive sweating! Beyond irritated I said who do you think I am and she said well what’s your birth date😤. LORD.... beautiful building, not the cheapest treatments.. customer service needs work. Be cautious before going to this location. I’ve heard great things about the company but this location was not impressive. I never received a call about my lab results and I left a message with the receptionist asking for a return call. Never received a call back yet I’ve received two bills in the mail. My appointment was in October. If you are looking for a place with excellent customer service, this is not the place for you.
