Took in my Aygo with a very stiff squeaky clutch, with a high biting point & awkward to drive. Picked the car up with a nice light clutch pedal & after taking it for a 10 mile road test, found major improvement, for a fair price. Thoroughly recommended.
Absolutely amazing guy! Very helpful and reliable, he managed to book me in and sort out my clutch within a few days as it was urgent. Charges a very good price for the work he does and even does the extra bits to make sure your car is running well by checking and refilling transmission oil if needed. I would 100% recommend! Got a quote and waited over a week to get the car in. Then, I got a cryptic phone call at the end of the day to say that no work had been done as the "part hadn't arrived, so could I take the car away?" Waited another week - no further contact to say that the part had arrived, so arranged to have the work done elsewhere. NOT IMPRESSED! If you didn't want the job, simply say rather than mess people about.
I cannot fault Westham motors. I live in Yorkshire and just as I was about to set off back to Yorkshire, my clutch went. Derrick was very helpful and understanding and within 24 hours my clutch was replaced. £285.00 which is a really good price. Derrick drew my attention to my brakes possibly being faulty and to keep my eye on them. I returned my car the same day and by 2.00pm the next day which happened to be a Saturday my brakes where fixed.
