Avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I made it clear I wanted to buy a specific car, only to find out the owner's wife was still using it — and she actually clocked up another 2,000 miles (more than what it was advertised for). To make matters worse, I had to pick the car up from her personally because she’d driven it to work, fully aware that it was supposed to be sold to me. On top of that, it's taken them over 5 weeks to contact the DVLA to register me as the new owner. The excuse?... read more
