My mum moved to Westfields almost a year ago and I can't fault the care she is given. Staff all very friendly and mum also has no complaints about any of them. Catering staff also go above and beyond to assist mum with her food requests. Housekeeping staff are all very friendly and will do all they can to help with any requests. Reception staff member is fab, always has coffee for me as soon as I arrive to visit mum

My husband, Ted aged 95yrs was admitted to Westfield Care and Nursing Home for end of life care in January of this year. Sadly after 72 years of marriage he died on 8th May. During that time he received loving care and respect from all the staff, who have always carried out their duties with a smile and kindness, giving me peace of mind. I am so grateful for their wonderful support during this stressful time, particularly Manager, Daniela, Anna and Sue. Bless you for the work you do, not always easy I am sure.
