Fantastic service and had my ceiling fan light installed in less than 30 minutes. Gave me pre-call-out advice regarding blades, and eased my concern over the weight of the unit if it would be suitable for the ceiling. Confirmed time and date prior to call-out to check if it was still ok.

5* Service I had Steve from Westexe Solutions come out to inspect and quote for connecting a new EV charger. He quickly identified that the existing setup wasn’t compliant with current regulations—something that had been completely missed before. Steve clearly explained that the EV charger circuit was incorrectly protected by a shared RCD, and outlined what needed to be done to make it compliant, including reconfiguring the consumer unit and addressing some wiring issues.
