Such friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and reassured.
Very friendly and helpful
I would like to compliment the entire team at the Breast Care Unit in Worthing. After visiting the doctor surgery I received an appt to attend the unit just 6 days later. From the moment I arrived everyone I encountered were so kind, reassuring and professional. A member of staff I met in the car park gave us directions, the receptionist was welcoming, the Doctors and nursing staff so helpful, clearly explained everything and really put my mind at rest. The service was 5 star.
Got seen within a week of referral. Greeted by friendly staff as soon as I entered. Staff all so lovely & caring, explained fully all that they would be doing. Thank you to all that made a nervous situation go more easily . Got results there & then thankfully good result but cannot fault this service. Allow yourself 2-3 hours but this is because they are so thorough. Free parking in between permit holders hours. Also pay & display parking.
Thank you to everyone at The Breast Clinic, Worthing Hospital, I took my wife along today, we were both so worried, everybody there is so nice, and helpful. Luckily she managed to get a very quick appointment, and in a very short amount of time, had every test needed and luckily good results. Everyone is so friendly and it really made the experience as easy as possible. The Surgeon was so nice, calming, and really caring. Sending luck and love to anyone that doesn’t get the results they are hoping for.
