My wife was admitted with pneumonia and a ear infection. We are VERY impressed with the service and hospitality we recieved and a special thanks to CINDY you are awesome!!! Thank you all of the team this IS my families hospital from this day forward our community thanks you! God bless!
In the last 3 weeks my mother has had to have a biopsy and another surgical procedure...I cant say enough how Awesome they have been and continue to be Awesome every step of the way of her long journey coming...Thanks so much for the compassion you show your patients and their families, we all greatly appreciate it...we will be back for sure.
I arrived at my designated time and all of the nurses were very nice and pleasant. Clean hospital! When I was ready to be sent home they sent me home with a bag of homemade chicken � soup � and a 24 hour number if i needed to contact anyone for any issues. The chicken soup was a big hit
Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Staff was well organized and prepared and very informative. My husband and I highly recommend this hospital for any outpatient surgery!
If you have to be in the hospital this is where you want to be. The staff, from the Doctors and nurses, techs, and cleaning crew....everyone was kind and helpful. The food was better than most hospitals I have had to stay at, Manicotti was wonderful! I do have to have another surgery spring 2017 and I really hope my Doctors will be working from Western Reserve.
