I have been in and out of the hospital and must say this hospital is great facility. I am going to say that every person on the staff here are top notch professionals. Above and beyond that every ssingle of them are so kind and compassionate....to me that is huge. Kindness and bed side manner is paramount in healthcare. ER is always very slow but my husband had to stay there for 11 days and they took very good care of him in the actual hospital. We had no complaints with any of the service.
One of the best experiences. Can't believe they sent home soup with me after being discharged from same day surgery! Too bad I'm gluten intolerant but was super nice! Needless to say, my mom has been enjoying the soup! Lol The nurses and anesthesiologist were incredible. Thank you all

I came to Western Reserve for a sinus procedure with Dr. Lutz from Ohio ENT and Allergy Clinic. From the second I walked through the door, I was made to feel like I was the only patient having surgery that day. The entire surgical staff; Lori (Pre-surgical nurse), Amy and Mary (Anaesthesia), Ron and Jan (O.R.
