I work in a large hospital "up north" but didn't take their insurance plan as I didn't want to change my doctors. I live in this community and used to work at this hospital before it was Western Reserve and before I earned an advanced practice degree. (Unfortunately for me there wasn't a position for me at the time of graduation.). Anyway, I still come to this hospital for my care, getting labs drawn (phlebotomist shave always been remarkable), x-rays, etc. had both knees replaced at WRH and nothing but positive reviews from... read more

Excellent patient care; coupled with compassion and gold standard professionalism on every level.
From the moment I arrived in ER, I was treated with kindness and respect. They worked hard to get me stable and able to go to ICU. In ICU, the nurses care for me and kept close watch over me until I was stable enough to transfer out to 2west. I had a clean, comfortable room. I had several episodes that needed quick attention from resp. Therapy and my needs were quickly met.
