Amazing. The best Hospital around. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that has to have surgery or anything else. You won't be disappointed. Amazing from front to back.
Visited a friend there on Tuesday - from the minute I walked in the door everyone was polite and happy. And it was really busy with people and patients everywhere. Cafeteria has great food, very clean. Great local healthcare
If you have to be hospitalized this is the place to be. Kind, knowledgeable, skilled employees. A small and personal place where they honestly care about the patients and their families and and go out of their way to show it. I have been treated so well sometimes it’s hard to believe. I hope they keep this place as it is and do not turn it into a huge impersonal business.
We choose to use this hospital exclusively. Always treated like royalty with genuine care and knowledgeable attendees. From the music in the parking lot to the happy faces throughout, one might almost forget where they actually are. Exemplar in every way. �
Price gouging. Same Lab Work done at University Hospitals cost $55 after insurance. Actually one additional test done at University Hospitals Lab. Western Reserve Hospital charged $236 for the same blood work. It is no wonder how healthcare is in crisis. A business would never get away with this costing model.
