Yes and no with this hospital took good care of me. But sent my husband home with low blood pressure. So I will not take him back here again.

I love this place. recently on Medicare, Had a few visits there including ER and a 3 day stay. The staff was very kind and friendly. I received excellent care.
My bad experience was in the emergency room. The doctor was so mean and didn't even give me my urine result. She said the I had stress and gave me prescriptions and discharge me. Didn't check my eyes or took blood or in my throat. I would not be returning back this hospital again. It's a shame cause they used care.
Dr. Narouze is lousy. Very rude. Got frustrated with ME for answering his questions. Acted like I was wasting his time. Told me my doctor was wrong. Told me new medication would be so much better. It was horrible. Went back on old medication. After a week and 1/2, felt better. Took SIX WEEKS to call me for a procedure. Forget that three ring circus. Then I get the bill. Laughable. ���
Professional and they make you feel like family
The place is fantastic,the people are very helpful I switched from University hospital which I live in Ravenna to Western reserve keep up the great service.
