RecommendedI have made several trips to Western Reserve in the past several months. My visits included the E.R., radiology, and several visits to the lab. The staff there is very kind and professional! No one wants to visit a hospital for any reason, but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome!

Cuatomer service here stinks!!! Called up to register but someone stormed in and instead of making her wait they made me. Now making me wait because I had the nerve to call her out on it!!!!! Then turned her id over so i would know her name....Pashay in Xray
Tryed to get in to see DR. Souza in pain management the office is terriable to deal with. First they keep arguing with me saying it was workmens comp and refused to take my insurance. After going round and round if finally got an appointment to see the DR. I was not even five minutes late for the appointment and they refused to see me. The women that work in the office and that scheduale appointments are downright nasty rude and condescending. All they do is argure i would not reccomend DR. Souza beacuse of this.
