Usually I love this hospital. But yesterday was bullsh**. You know..... If your ER medical staff are going to make jokes about people lying about their symptoms... They should really make sure the person they are talking about can't hear them....not that it should be happening at all...."what's the difference between a liar and..." I didn't hear the punchline but everyone laughed... Thank God the Dr said "she doesn't strike me as that type of person" or I would have went off right then and there. Shoutout to my Western Reserve dream team Debbie, Jeri, Diana, Kathy, Eric & Patty. You guys took such great care of me during my outpatient procedure and the soup was delicious. Last but, not least Dr. Zabari. Thank you for taking my issues seriously and making stides with my health.
I went in for outpatient surgery to repair an umbilical hernia. We were greeted by a very pleasant valet at the front door. At every step of the way we were greeted by friendly and helpful people. My nurses were friendly and helpful and efficient. The facilities were clean and modern. The nurse who gave me my IB did it without even that little pinch that they tell you to expect.
