The emergency room needs a serious over haul. Waited way to long to be seen. I know things can get busy but put on more staff. Someone needs to look up the word emergency, or they need to rename the area, "the waiting for treatment room," the surgical area is good, the testing area is good, but that emergency room situation needs help.
They are so friendly, i love how they always take great care of me and they are so profesional.
It was the best experience that I have had at a hospital! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and one of the volunteers took me to where I needed to go. It was my first time having an MRI done so I was very nervous the staff all made sure that I was comfortable and did everything they could to help easy my worry.
Apparently it is ok to be rude to patients if you are a nurse
Unbelievable how much better Western Reserve Hospital is than Summa. It's not just one area- it's everything from the food, to the staff(everyone from janitors to doctors), to the care and the communication with both patients and family.
