I'm typically treated poorly by the ER because I have chronic illnesses. The last time I was there, nobody bothered to clean out my wounds and I was offered a Tylenol for my elbow, after it had subluxed (I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). I would recommend going to Akron General Hospital, if you would like to be treated with respect.
Hubby had out patient surgery at WR Thursday. Excellent care in every department from all staff

Tremendous experience - the quality of the facility as well as the staff was wonderful; patient care appears to be their passion - not their job. Nobody "likes" going to the hospital but if you have to go.....This one is top notch.
