Having lived in a number of flat blocks I've experienced different property management, never have I lived in such a chaotic complex. We've had work ongoing for months, building materials spread about everywhere. We were told work would start on one date and instead it started weeks later. I lost money booking a work space as I often work from home to then find out the work had been moved forward. Seems they made a mistake and wasted a bunch of money too. This company manages our flat buildings of which I’ve lived in for the past year, increasing prices and consistent false promises wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this poorly run company.

Transferred our block's management to WPP about 18 months. So very much better than the agents before. In fact a zillion times better and so responsive on the odd occasion I contact them. I'm pleased, my neighbours also that we followed a recommendation.
We moved to Western Permanent Property for managing our estate of apartments a year ago, and their support, professionalism and enthusiasm is superb - a vast improvement on our previous management company. For example, we had to call their emergency number on the evening Christmas Eve due to an urgent issue.
