Bradley, Ricky and the whole team were really helpful in our purchase of a 1998 Duetto autosleeper. After we put down our deposit they let us know that as a result of the habitation check they needed to replace the heating system which they did. We were held up in traffic and consequently late for our pre arranged collection but Ricky was happy to stay and wait for us and provided a very thorough handover - can’t remember much but no doubt we will familiarise ourselves with everything. Me and my wife purchased a Motorhome from these guys a month ago, we did a couple of trips in it, and found that it wasn’t the right one for us, we decided to exchange it back to another Motorhome where we would fill more comfortable with and get the most out of it. Bradley and Ryan were so helpful and understood our needs not only did they find us a new Motorhome but they were so polite, kind and so helpful, I would defiantly recommend Western Motorhomes. Fully recommend Westen Motorhomes who provided a first class service. Even before I visited, Bradley provided endless information and accommodated my extra questions promptly in an easy way for a beginner to understand - even to the point of providing a video tour via WhatsApp given the distance (200 miles) I'd have to travel to see it.
