Western Lettings are always attentive to any issues on the rare occasions they do rise and promptly resolve the issue. Additionally they are very non-intrusive and rarely request access other than for routine inspections. I Would recommend going with them for future lettings as I don't have a negative comment to make (which is rare for me).

Excellent experience; prompt and informative service made for a smooth move-in, while comprehensive information sheets ensured no difficulties using the property and its amenities (e.g. how appliances work). Property was accurate to the virtual viewing and all details were upfront. Easiest and least-hassle experience I've had with a letting agent upon move-in.
As a tenant, I had the best experience with Western Lettings. The staff were professional and always helpful, and any issues we raised were dealt with efficiently.
