Constant billing and accounting screwups, harassing me to collect a bill I'd already paid. After inspection, it took multiple phone calls to get a report, and another hour on the phone to get an invoice for tax purposes (for the amount I'd already paid). Account rep was really rude--told him about the billing screw-up, he just said "sh*t happens." I've got about 5 hours into trying to get them to correct their records.
