I used Pure Defense to get rid of some rats that were in my apartment units. The cost was $1700 plus an additional $150 for quarterly inspection/maintenance. Once the issue with the rats was resolved, I was encouraged by the staff to do a cleanup of the droppings which was going to be an additional charge. The guy (Jeff) said that the droppings were pretty bad and they needed to be cleaned because it could be a hazard to my tenants. He showed me a few pictures and so I agree... Continue Reading
I moved into East Cobb a little over a year ago. My best friends reside in Cumming and they'd always been pleased with their pest control company...Pure Defense. I'm actually quite pleased. The technicians are very experienced and seem to really love their jobs. I would give Pure Defense a 5, instead of 4 if not for one thing. The company never notifies me when they're sending out a technician. My veranda and basement can't be accessed unless I'm home. However, I would still recommend them to anyone.
We just started using Pure Defense this year after we moved into a wooded area. The service technicians are beyond well trained and very informative. And their prices are very reasonable. Additionally, we found a copperhead snake in our kids toy room today, and I called Pure Defense. Within 15 minutes, service technicians were at my house and retrieved the snake!
