This was our first experience in dealing with the unfortunate issue of an animal getting into the home. Cowleys P/S was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately, which is obviously very important. All of the reps that we spoke with, were attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. We were very pleased with their constant communication, and good work. Would highly recommended this company.
Everybody was very friendly and informative and fixed my problem in a timely matter.
Our premises were thoroughly checked and the technician, a super nice guy, gave us a clear verbal evaluation. we highly recommend Cowleys.
Love this company. Very professional !! They always fix any issue which is very rare w their consistent spraying few times a year!! Worth every penny. But when they do come up, nice to know their a phone call away to problem solved
I highly recommend Cowleys. I saw a cricket spider (Camel Cricket) a few days before Thanksgiving, then another, then two, then three on Wednesday (the day before the holiday). I called Cowleys that afternoon in a panic, and sure enough, they were here same day. The tech was great, got rid of the horrible creatures that were hiding in corners as he was spraying, and have not had another bug since. EXTREMELY overpriced. Someone comes out and does a home check and that alone is around $100 then they set traps and leave them only for a week and that costs $600 EVEN IF NOTHING IS TRAPPED. BUT if you say you something along the lines of I only have seen a raccoon then guess what? If an opossum or anything else is in the trap they charge ANOTHER $100 because it is not the "target" animal. They also try to release it in your backyard. Can't wait for this week to be done.
