I hate western dental so much.! Don't even know where to begin, oh how about I got a tooth pulled today at 11am and have been bleeding into the sink since. I'm in unbearable pain and all they say is to "put more gauze". My tooth should not still be bleeding. And I should not be going through gauze and toilet paper like this.
The staff here was wonderful. I never had oral surgery ever and was a little nervous. The dentist and his assistant talked me through everything that was happening and I felt no pain just tugging like my jaw was going to be pulled off. No pain and I'm happy.
Just left the dentist today sad to say its been a few since my last visit...I use to hate going to the dentist but after today I'm starting to feel comfortable about it... It was only a deep clean, Still slightly painful, drill on full blast but the dentist was nice, concerned, also knowledgeable in her field of work, and very caring. Thanks Dr E or was it Dr U. Sry I'm terrable at remembing names.. but hey I say 5stars and 2 thumbs up Go Western Dental.........
The worst place to go!
my name is not important but i believe service inside a corporation is. As i walked into one of your establishments in Bakersfield Ca i was treated with the worst behavior i have ever seen. I was told to wait why the women running the counter went on her lunch break, then i was treated like a criminal who was trying to commit fraud why i watched other customers cut in line. i watched people go ahead of me and ended up leaving after four hours of waiting. Four hours of waiting and My x rays hadn't even been looked at. I looke... read more
This place is terrible!!!! If you DON'T want to be treated like you are in a processing plant, then DO NOT come here the service is terrible. It takes almost a hour just for them to come and see your teeth and takes 30 minutes after that to get your teeth cleaned!!! I was horrified!!!
