Love it treat you amazing I wouldn't change anything
Your office is not organized as of appointments calling my sons off 40 minutes before their appointment. How in the world is that professional and on top of that your assistant calling me in a rude manner. If you guys know ahead of time you can’t see kids maybe you should call 12 hours in advance.

even tho I was super scared they did a great job at making me feel comfortable and consoled me when I started crying they was great
