Their service is phenomenally incredible. The timing was great we were treated with kindness and Veronica Julian and Dr. Reddy were great
I have had several visits through out the years here most have been ok... but this time around I have paid a lot of $ for a lot of work I'm getting done for me to to like it. One particular Dr made me feel he didnt care about me or how well he did his job and even told me he didn't have enough time for me! No bedside manner at all; he had seen me previously and said he would do a filling next time but when I came back he totally disregarded that and said he didn't have enough time since it wasn't even on my treatment plan.. ... read more
I always have great service. I get in on time for my appointments. My dentist couldn't be any better.
The wait time is forever. I went in with pain in one molar. They did X-ray's and 4 hours later I had to reschedule for 2 days later. They are overbooked and the dentist don't have a stitch of courtesy. They schedule appointments wrong and it's the patients fault. Not happy!
They overbook there's not enough dentist there and it takes forever
They made me wait for almost three hrs and when they call me they just told me that the specialist didnt show up .
