I paid $1,900 for a pair of dentures that I did not even get 6 months out of when they broke they did not replace or fix they wanted to use welfare to get the new ones so they can be paid twice I already paid for the Dentures they should have been done right that should have been repaired or fixed or replaced as far as I'm concerned Western Dental are criminals
This place is a mess! You wait for hours for your appointment work is not great and I have insurance and they have tried ripping me off!

The worst business that I have ever been to in my entire life. Very unprofessional people. I came here for a general checkup last time, and they told me to come back for a specialist in retreatment for a root canal. I came in on time for this appointment, and they made me wait for 40 mins because of the specialist going to his lunch. Then after 40 mins, he came back and told me he didn't bring the tools with him to treat my tooth as promised. Okay, what? The dentist forgot t… See more

Always a great experience, staff and dentist are very friendly, the manager Janet has been VERY helpful and took the time and explained everything to me every time I love that!! Definitely gonna continue going to them
