they rushed my husbands care, and didn't help him with his pain or anything, they were more concerned about making a profit from him, they gave him a prescription that he asked them not to give him because it has been making him sick, they ignored him, this morning his face is swollen and all they can say is that they can not help him and to take him into the emergency room as they would be able to help him more. this dentist does not care.

It’s a very impersonal experience, they don’t remember you from one appointment to the next. Maybe it’s because they over book themselves to were they never have anything available and you aren’t seen for months. Which is horrible when your are there for Ortho treatments. My son is a patient at Western Dental in Delano, Ca. During my son’s ortho visit today, an employee at Western Dental by the name of Lupita was unprofessional and provided poor customer service.
