Over the past ten years I've had quite a bit of dental work done by Western Dental at 4518 Lone Tree Way, Antioch. Every single interaction, that I've had with staff, has been efficient and pleasant. Absolutely terrible! They set up a payment plan for 2 crowns, they only put one in. I’ve called, texted, emailed and called again…All I get is the run around. Not one person can take care of this! Then Edger on the phone lied and said it’s one one crown they are charging! I have proof of payments and of contract, and of only one crown in my mouth! They say they offer free x-rays for new patients, they do not. They wouldn’t let my boyfriend do a covered cleaning by insurance without x-rays yet said they weren’t covered (he was a new patient) got x-rays elsewhere that were covered, then tried to call and ask if they would do his cleaning, got a lady that couldn’t understand me, she transferred me to the office where they said please hold and then disconnected on me.
