I have the worst experience with the receptionist here for the past year she’s so horrible! Always in a bad mood rude to all patients. The assistants and dentist are good and I like having my ortho appointments with them but every time Veronica is the receptionist I wish I was else where. Not to say that due to covid I understand they would like us to wait in our car I got there at 3:10 and my appointment was at 3:30 and Veronica gave me a questionnaire and asked me to write my phone number at too and that she would call me ... read more
Extremely poor customer service, poor quality of work, unclean, stereotypes patients. Long story short I made appointment showed up on time, received no treatment then incomplete treatment to ended up with a gum infection and pain. I knew something was wrong when all the other patients were complaining in the waiting room. Its doesn't pay to give this company the benefit of the doubt. Save your teeth and yourself a headache, don't go to western dental.

the customer service is unacceptable. I have had to wait for 3+ hours after my appointed time to see someone and still I don’t have a resolution for my problem.
I seen the dentist for 1 min she didn't even try to say I can do this or that for you left never return ( sad) so i will be getting a second opinion elsewhere
They just want to charge you money, they don’t care about the patients My hubby was in pain and they don’t want to help him at least he sign a 4K contract to save his teeth They don’t even give him a pill to calm his pain 0 ⭐️ Plus customer service are so rude Never again The most horrific experience Never again
If I could give negative stars they would have -100stars! Checked insurance website, said this location would do the work needed and be covered at a percentage. Made an appointment for my husband, got there a few minutes early for paperwork, waited for 30 past appointment time, got called in back, he sat there and waited for quite awhile longer before being seen.
