A great experience - Carol was very professional and experienced. After the 1hour massage I felt so much better. Carol was able to release a some of the tension in my neck, shoulders and right knee after a recent injury. She also gave me an extensive written exercise plan with recommendations for rehabilitating my knee. I would definitely go again should the need arise and I be in the area.
As always I go in a little uncomfortable and come out with a better appreciation of how my body bends, Carol always manages to sort me out
I was referred to Carol with bad back pain that was causing such discomfort in my back and leg that I was struggling to get more than a few hours sleep. Over a number of sessions Carol was excellent. She took time to understand and explain to me the underlying cause of my pain. From there she provided both treatment and manipulation to ease the pain which, together with a series of exercises, cleared up my condition and I’ll continue the exercises to build my core strength.
Top notch!! Really help me on my recovery, with lots of helpful tips and lot of exercises to build strength. Now back to playing sport as normal. Very happy
