The treatment of the staff is shocking. Don’t get enough credit. The pressure they put on them is beyond a joke - to them easily dismiss them and make them redundant?! Disgusting behaviour.
We have purchased from Westco for 14 years, Just after covid lockdown they started increasing prices by 100% some items even more than that. So we disputed the invoices because this increase was without any notice, once we sorted out all the disputes we placed an order however they didn't send the order and called us and said to us if you don't spend £1000 per month we can't supply you, because during the dispute we didn't place any orders for moths they looked at the data and thought we are not spending enough, They left us... read more
