Julie on reception was fab. My appointment was booked incorrectly it should have been a double appointment for a cardiovascular review. Instead of sending me away she found a cancellation and I had a little wait. Julie was non stop busy, her professional attitude is outstanding.
The staff and nurses are very friendly and professional.
Referred here. Comms is terrible and was lied to and rude via e-mail. Cancelled the referral because I do not trust them. Hasn't even got a CQC rating just bad reviews. How are they 'experts' in anything?
Told i would get a ring back appointment on the 25th of July by email. Still waiting No phone call back
