Friendly professional service. I bought a car and 2 days later the sound was like a sports car, really noisy which it wasn't when I drove it off. I phoned them and told them about it, and without hesitation asked me to bring it in, I did and they returned it to me with a new exhaust. It's worth paying for the warranty instead of haggling for a lower price.
Could not have been happier, we have bought 2 cars in the space of 1 month from them. There was no hassel when looking around and the purchases could not have gone more smoothly, they do it all for you and the after sales is fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Do not trust this place at all. I was promised a full service of the car before buying once i bought the car, i had to take it straight back because they hadn’t done anything. I’ve only had the car just under 5 months and i’m waiting to see now if i have a blown head gasket which is the last of several problems which i’ve had such as a new clutch, gear selector, cam belt, battery, lost parts on the car, damaged parts that weren’t fixed before giving it to me. DO NOT waste your time at this place. Worthless warranty cover, fake MOT passes, will rip you off and play the victim
On the surface they're a good company but when you get into it, they just sell awfulz cars with awful after sales service. Just had a call today that the warranty I paid £200 for to the dealer hasn't actually been paid for and the warranty is now void! Thank for that! On top of having to spend ££££ since buying the car in January. I would steer clear of this company.
